Three weeks to go to book your place at LACA's main event

It's three weeks until LACA’s main event, which means the countdown to book delegate places is on.

As well as a multitude of speakers, including Liz Bonnin, host of TVs landmark documentary Drowning In Plastic, and Katharine Tate, the Food Teacher there are free to attend workshops and a LACA live demonstration theatre.

It will include the School Chef of the Year winner, Steven Cross, demonstrating his winning dishes and bug farm foods by chef Andy Holcroft who will showcase his unique take on bolognaise and the famous Bug Farm Foods cricket cookies and buffalo biscuits using natural sustainable and delicious insect-based foods ingredients.
