Pidy introduces Paris Brest to its choux range

Pidy, the Belgian based producer of convenient, ready-to-fill pastry products, has developed its choux range further by introducing the Paris Brest to its range.

The Paris Brest is made using a French recipe and features pastry, traditionally packed full of praline and cream. Equally, it can be enjoyed as a savoury delight for lunch or breakfast. The Paris Brest is a lighter and fluffier alternative to bread and makes a change to the ordinary sandwich.

As with almost all the Pidy products, the Paris Brest is stored ambient, meaning it is always ready-to-fill and simple to prepare.
