Eat Out Awards - The Winners

The winners of the 2017 Eat Out Awards were announced at a glittering ceremony last week (1st November) at The Freemasons' Hall, London, where over 200 guests came together to celebrate our industry.

Nando's was crowned Nation's Favourite Restaurant Company, sponsored by Springboard Charity whilst Vintage Inns scooped the Nation's Favourite Pub Company of the Year title, sponsored by Fleet Street Communications.

Top chef Cyrus Todiwala led a countdown of the top five brands in each category, including some of the biggest names in the casual dining sector such as Carluccio's, YO! Sushi, Prezzo and Wagamama.

Maria Bracken, editor of Eat Out, commented: "Congratulations to all of our well deserved winners. We are all so fortunate to work and operate in such a innovative and diverse sector. I look forward to seeing what's next for our industry."

The evening was also used as a platform to update guests on some exciting developments with Eat Out. As of January 2018, Eat Out will be branded as 'Eat Out International' with a circulation growing from 100,000 to in excess of 2million.

The content of the new product will be trend and market insight led, using foodservice analysts from GlobalData, the leading provider of global research in to the foodservice industry. It will focus on sharing information that will help businesses measure their success in a local scenario; whilst providing guidance on food trends, growth sectors, competitor behaviour and much more on a global level.
